Finally, I got the cahones to try it and....wow! With the exception of a burned finger (watch out for the hot glaze), I loved every bit of it. Had to add just a little extra sugar to the sauce because I used a little too much sriratcha, but other than that, perfect. Also, it was my first time deep-frying chicken. Went off perfectly.
